We are seeking skilled Machine Operators to join our team in the production of medical and puppy pads. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Shifts Available: 12-hour shifts, 6AM-6PM or 6PM-6AM

Day Shift: $19.58/hour

Night Shift: $21.03/hour

Responsibilities:

Operate machinery efficiently and safely to meet production targets

Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments

Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications

Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance tasks

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Machine Operator or similar role preferred

Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential
