Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit on behalf of IMPACT’s client’s requirements
• Source quality candidates by utilizing job boards, social media and other platforms
• Conduct candidate interviews both in person and over the phone
• Provide a high level of customer service to candidates and clients
• Represent and market candidates to clients
• Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of commercial talent to meet current and anticipated staffing needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or human resources preferred, or comparable combination of education and experience
• Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience in a staffing/recruiting role
• Account Management/Client Engagement experience is a PLUS
