Pete Davis

Pete Davis President & CEO

Pete Davis is the President and Chief Executive Officer for IMPACT Management Services. Pete leads the organization backed with over 15 years of experience in the world of business leadership, staff management, entrepreneurship, sales and consulting.

Pete is also the co-founder of HealthRise, a Southfield, Mich. based start-up company which provides revenue cycle management services for healthcare providers that focuses on end-to-end solutions that drive cash and efficiency.

Pete was recognized by Crain’s Detroit Business as a “40 Under 40” honoree and DBusiness Magazine as a “30 In Their 30’s” winner. Currently, Pete sits on the Board of Directors for Exceptional Families at Beaumont Hospital.

Pete studied entrepreneurship at Central Michigan University and is a certified neuro-linguistic programming practitioner, certified motivational coach, and executive coach. Pete is also a member and former president of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) Detroit and is a current chapter officer of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).

Marjan Markovski Controller

Marjan Markovski joined IMPACT Management Services as the Controller in July of 2016 and brought top skills from over 10 years of financial experience. In addition to creating an enjoyable work environment, Marjan oversees finance, accounting, treasury, risk management, and compliance.

Marjan holds both a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA from Oakland University.

Julie Tabish - COO

Julie Tabish Chief Operating Officer

Julie Tabish is the chief operating officer for IMPACT Management Services, a staff management and professional search company that focuses on delivering high quality, light industrial, skilled trades and professional employees to top employers across the Midwest and joined the leadership team in January of 2016.

Tabish currently drives IMPACT towards a “quality over quantity” mentality that focuses on recruiting, connecting and developing qualified executive management.

Tabish brought with her over 20 years’ experience in various senior executive roles in finance, interpersonal and leadership development, organizational development, interpersonal operations, and client relations with companies such as The Metiss Group, CAPTRUST Financial Advisors, Freedom One Financial Group and Limited Brands.

As a certified public accountant, Tabish has acquired her Michigan Series 65 license, spent four years participating in the Strategic Coach program and is an active member of the Leadership Oakland Class of 21.

Tabish currently holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and economics and an accounting certificate from the University of Pittsburgh.

Joe Pomaranski Director of Commercial Operations

Joe Pomaranski is the Director of Commercial Operations for IMPACT Management Services, a staff management and professional search company that focuses on delivering high quality, light industrial, skilled trades and professional employees to top employers across the Midwest and joined the leadership team in January of 2017.

Pomaranski currently drives IMPACT towards a “quality over quantity” mentality that focuses on recruiting, connecting and developing qualified executive management.

Pomaranski brought with him over 10 years’ experience in technology staffing to lead the Commercial team at IMPACT.  Starting as a recruiter and working his way up to Management.
