How much will it cost my company?

Impact Management Services is committed to providing quality employees to your company at a competitive price.  Our costs vary based on several factors; we will work together to define the parameters and the costs that you’re comfortable with.

What is the process for finding employees through Impact Management Services?

Our search and recruitment efforts began yesterday.  Once we receive the details of your position and company, we will send and recruit the most qualified applicants for your needs. 

You will be asked to complete an application, provide wage information, and a job description for your position.  We will provide you with information about all the services we offer, our policies, and a standard rate letter.

How long will it take to have an employee in our company?

We are committed to sending only the most qualified applicants.  The time frame for successfully finding an employee can vary.  We will keep you informed through every step of our process and work with you to find the best possible candidate.

What kind of background checks do you provide?

We check references based on the work history provided by the applicant.  At your request, we will provide a drug screen, driving record screen, or a criminal background check, as well as meet any other needs you have for background or security.

What if I am not satisfied with an employee placed by Impact Management Services?

We realize that some positions require on-the-job evaluation before you know someone is a good fit.  Our temporary-to-hire program provides a risk-free opportunity for you to see an employee actively in the work setting to determine that they are someone you want on your team. If you are dissatisfied, we will replace the employee.
